how do you all think a cherokee on 31s and open diffs on a 4.5in lift would do at left hand canyon? Are there any easy trails where I can avoid trail damage?

This is a perfect setup for left hand! It's a fun trail with a good variety of stuff to try your rig out. You can get damage if you try at left hand I guess. Not likely

Just looked at your build. Make sure u pull of the front sway bar and get longer brake lines before you go. Chevy 1500 lines will work and they're like 20 bucks

It will be fine like the others said longer brake lines. ( wait I don't even have those). On one of the easier trails there is a spot where my 3" lift and 31's need some help (ox locker) but that's only because I take the slow and safe method over bumping it up stuff.

ya, I know I need a little work. All that will get done before I do any real wheeling. I'll probably do break lines and a shackle relocation kit before I do anything. I don't even have my jeep out here yet, but I just found out I'm only 20 min from some decent wheeling and dirt biking.

Break lines from 1500 cought my attention.. My new xj is lacking extended brake lines. I did some research before just asking right away and found they work from 95-99 1500 or 2500. Also found they are 8" longer then stock and have no bracket to bolt to framerail. Butttt.... Nothing found on what mods r needed? Are they direct replacement or do i need to change the ends at all. Is there a write up on this? If not there will be when i am done but it sure would make it easier lol

It is as simple as undoing and draining your stock lines, and bolting on the new lines. Only problem I had was the axle end needed a little tiny bit of grinding to sit flat. As far as brackets u can let them hang loose that's wat I did. They worked great and super easy install. Just bleed the system properly when done

Well know my next mod after I fix my front driveshaft noise. But are those brake lines year dependent for Cherokee? Say like pre 97 or post 97 because mine being that odd year of 99 I have to second guess every part.
