Im super excited to watch her grow too, but its gonna be a slow build since money is crazy tight from my wife going back to school. Ive been really tempted to sell my ruckus to help fund the build and a quality welder, but I just cant bring myself to do it yet. Post up some pics of the fenders Bo, Im curious. Here's a pic of the scooter to jazz up the post.
How many mpgs that scooter get?

It probably gets somewhere around 50 mpg now with the 206cc engine. A far cry from the stock 100mpg of the 49cc engine. I can't really make it 50 miles anyway without having an epic numbness in my @$$.

Damn, sweet scooter! Can't complain with 50mpg after (I assume) a ton of upgrades.
Welcome to boulder! I'm only 7 minutes up 36 and run a stocker too. Future stocker trail run?? Might be fun!

I've been thinking about picking up a little scooter. Prices aren't bad on them.

Scooters are great! Fell in love with them after a trip to Japan. They can be cheap, but you get what pay for with the stock machines. I have just about 8k in this one.

I'm definitely up for a stocker trail run! Just finished replacing the water pump, thermostat, valve cover gasket, steering links and trackbar. Think she's ready for a little challenge now.
