With the brake pedal up, open the bleeder, have someone push down on the pedal (gently or fluid will effing go everywhere LOL). when it is all the way down, close the bleeder before the pedal is let back up. Repeat this until the fluid has no bubbles in it. Make sure you keep the reservoir filled as well. Work in order of the farthest from the mc to the closest, passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front.

The way we did it is leave the bleeder closed, pump like 5 times then crack the valve till fluid comes out. Let it bleed out of a tube or just drip into a jar. Just do that clockwise round the jeep, multiple times to each brake until the pedal pushes firm
