It's required but not typically enforced. I've run a front plate on 2 of my 6 vehicles and I've neer been harassed about the front plate while driving around. I've gotten a ticket for the no plate but I was parked on the hill in Boulder and some *** hat wrote me up haha... That being said, I don't do anything while driving to attract any extra attention... I know several people who've been popped multiple times for no plates, but they're generally
