Why not just have a meeting time at the trail head set and then give people like a 20-30 minute buffer after that time in case they're running late, during which time people can air down and such.

Yeah kinda weird but I run BFG A/T's in the front and kumho MUDs in the back due to inconveinient blow out, and couldn't find 2 more A/t's
