Yes. Up by and around the main seal. At first I though main seal on motor but realized it was tranny fluid. But it get everywhere since it's leaking onto the tq converter

I have a lil bit of oil comin from the starter/torque converter area haha but its def not the oil pan. I also leak tranny fluid as of recently, only from the drain plug on t-case-easy fix.

Yep you're definitely gonna have to drop it I'd say. All the seals are pretty inexpensive, it's just time consuming. The pump seal is the biggest pain from what I gathered , but also make sure your torque converter isn't cracked, and look at the main seal too.

I am sure the tq converter is ok. otherwise I would be pissing out ATF all the time. Currently its only when I am travling extended distances and pushing the hell out of her to keep up to highway speeds lol. I will be taking care of this asap. Just wondered how much of a pain in the *** it is.

On a second note the Rear Main on my motor is golden. my motor leaks absolutly nothing

If you don't already have a tranny cooler, then get one. I blew mine by overheating it so I immediately installed a Hayden 405 for motor homes. Never worry again!

How did that go? I had to get emmissions in my work van on wed, and had to replace the o2 sensors for it to pass. Then I found it needs a new radiator and all new steering, so its parked until I get it fixed.

Now I have to get emissions on the new jeep, DOH!!

BTW, Dee and I will be at the Husky/Malamute m&g on sunday......
