Yeah last year larimer county brought back emmissions.

Bought the cherokee to replace my 77 yota pickup. The yota passed everything but it puts out a puff of smoke on startup so thry failed it. Gonna rebuild its engine even though it still runs great after 450,000 miles.

Emissions get on mah nerves. Failed it twice before I got it to pass

 

Last three cars I have owned were never E-Tested. I have been running straight pipe on all of them.
95 mits 3000gt vr4 3" straight
06 Dodge Charger RT 3" straight
97 cherokee factory pipe cut off past cat with it gutted (going to be replacing with Flowmaster and High Flow though.
