Default Black Bear Pass

Went to Engineer Pass last year and was told Black Bear is the next step up. Was hoping someone could tell me the best time of year to go

Poughkieepsie Gulch is a step up from Engineer...and its connected to it. I ran PG LDW and it was a good time...trip report coming at some point.
