It seems as though everyone has been doing hood vents and other "keep cool" mods, so I decided to play along. In tossing around a few ideas I came across one that seemed so stupid and ridiculous that I immediately dismissed it. The idea has been tormenting me so I decided to see it through. I couldnt' find any pictures of other cherokees with a similar setup which made me more interested and makes it seem unique. Anyways I wanted to see what you all thought about my hood vent. Let the criticism or compliments roll. My flame suit is on.

Let me just mention, I suck at cutting straight lines and what not so.... Also, yes im aware it's off center to the passenger side a little. I had to put it that way to clear my K&N air collector thing there....haha.

well, i thought about doing two, one on each side about the same level but without cutting the bottom out of the drvr side one it wouldn't clear the K&N intake. I played with the idea of doing it offset to the one side but figured more vital electronics are over there so i picked the middle. not optimal due to the crease in the hood right down the middle but figured it would take care of the three things i was after. To use this style of vent, to have something a little different, and most importantly so it would still be functional.
