Takes me about 2.5 -3 hours trailoring my jeep to Fresno ,what trails you got in mind ?

 

well, I wasnt thinking anything in particular but I figured it would be easier to get the Monterey county guys out there than up to tahoe. I would like to run Dusy some day, but probably not going to be this year

 

Sad news guys...I'm having to sell my xj to pay tuition for school. I wish I didn't have to. Pm me for information. I'll stay on the forum though to keep an eye out for another one when I get everything together.

I hate to be the first to ask, but are you parting out the good stuff and selling more stock, or selling it as is?

OK, I got a Alternator out of my stepdads parts Jeep and this morning I go out to take her to the parts house to test my Battery, the existing installed alternator as well as the replacement, fully expecting to get in and see the CEL on and the volts down at about 10 (as has been the symptoms as of late)..but NOooo!.//facepalm...she decided to fire right up,show a full 14 volt reading, and also read FINE at testing!..cmon...really?.....not to mention the fact the belt wont shadddap !

trails out by fresno that look good: slick rock, niagara rim, deer valley, and strawberry

also want to head up to the gold lake area and run snake lake, cleghorn, and some of the others that are all close to each other up there

 

Almost everything except bald mountain is still closed. Not so much due to snow as downed trees. Quote from the rangers.

 

deer valley is open and I get the impression that slick rock is almost completely clear as well. other two I dont know about
