91WhiteXJ told me about this thread, so I figured I'd check it out and introduce myself. I just joined the forum a week ago, and I've started a build thread for my 2001 XJ Sport (if you're interested).

Once I get the lift, new tires/wheels, and some additional components installed, I hope to get out and meet up with some of you guys!

yeah I've been looking over write ups for awhile. I'll more than likely get it trimmed up next weekend. I'm going to the jy to attempt to get a new console seeing how mine is cracked in half since my 3yr old jumped on it when it was out of the jeep

Welcome, let us know if you ever need a hand with anything. A lot of us have had multiple XJs. I've personally had 2.

How do you like the LED headlights? I'd be curious to see them compared to my XJ. And for fender flares. Go with Napier; Better quality and lower price than Bushwhacker

Thanks! This is my second XJ as well. I used to have a '92 before this '01. The headlights are seriously awesome. I still get surprised at how far they project every time I turn them on. I'm sure that feeling will go away eventually, but they're crazy bright. The width they project out is equally as amazing. I'm definitely happy with them. I haven't heard of Napier. I'll check them out.

I was wanting to know if it has to have an enclosure over it to make it legal
