So the fuel lines are giving me a hard time. Decided to attack the radiator instead.... Even more fun!!! Damn lower hose on the radiator would not come off so had to disconnect it on the other end. Made a huge mess but oh well. Pics below.

heater hose is heater hose, if you go to autozone there are no part numbers just a size.

Word. I'll see which store has then in stock. It's been fun this morning taking all of this stuff out. Soo much room to work, compared to the WRX and our GTI. Fuel tank is still on the list though, couldn't get the two lines to disconnect so it's just waiting. Hopefully finish up the engine bay area tomorrow morning then give the fuel lines another try.

I had a Prelude and was in the import scene for a while. There was no room to work in that bay. I'm so glad there's a lot of room

I helped my buddy last month with a 70's Chevy truck. He was SITTING in the engine bay working on the wire looms, it was awesome. Talk about having space to work. The truck was body/engine/radiator/battery.

Man, that makes me glad to know the PO of my XJ did the cooling system already. Doesn't look like fun.

Speaking of which, I should be picking mine up today. Dunno if I'm going yo make the DMV on the way home so it might be Monday before I can get a permit on it.

In order to get fuel lines off. You need an special tool. It's also used to get tranny lines disconnected from the radiator as well as the ac lines too. I'm sure you could do it without, but it's a pita! I have the special little tools for the lines.

So you're hired and I pay in beer.

Confusion, goto the DMV website and do the Dash pass thing. You text the location you want to get in line for and it sends you line updates so you're not sitting there forever. We've used it twice now. Spot on.

Ya, heard about that last time I was there renewing the DL. I think the DMV near me just closed at 4, no word from seller yet.
