i had the same rattling noise check the u joints in the front axle shafts mine were toast

So the front bumper is gone, rear bumper is gone so now the list just got longer at the shop
- front bumper
- rear bumper
- steering
- track bar
- long arm
- u joints lol

I just drooped the suspension and twisted the coil. All fixed

Got some 2 month old pro comp mx6 shocks for sale paid $220 New asking for $150. Somewhere around 30" eye to eye extended. They have the little adjuster on them for softness too
