My bumper is still stock, so I am waiting until I order a new one. Or maybe I will get the Detours A-pillar mount.

I miss my lights up front. The stock bumpers before 97 had predrilled holes just for such a thing, I wonder if its true for the newer style..

the rubber is worn out and let the pulley move aft and started cutting into the timing cover.. good i guess cuz i was planning on replacing the front seal and balancer because of the leak bad because now i have to replace the timing cover

Well my help with the lift for tomorrow bailed. Not the first time he has done this.

Working on it by myself, again!

Question, do you put the springs in before the LCA or put the LCA in and shove the spring in there? I got the LCA in but can't get the spring in. Even with a spring compressor. Axle is dropped all the way too.

Pull the lca and it will let the axle drop lower.

With only UCAs intact, make sure you don't over extend the brakeline.

Yea I realized after the passenger side lol. Did you change your sway bar bushings on the chassis? Mine are shot. My last XJ I got them at Checker Auto but now O'Reilly doesn't carry them and I forgot the part number.

I actually removed the calipers. It's only 2 bolts and you can droop the axle as low as the UCAs allow. Made it really easy to slide the springs in. The RE 3.5 springs are beefy.
