LAS VEGAS XJ GROUP-----> 1st ROLL CALL.
My gf and I also took it. I think I brought my own ammo but it was in a sealed box. I think they were worried if it was reloads. Good class well worth it

Anyone think of a time/place? Also, ask expensive as ammo is and it isn't as easy to find... BYOfireams/ammo.

the Gun Store went "lead free" a couple years back, that's probably what they were worried about. Not a great range to go plinking in, with all the machine guns going off! We go to American Shooters for handguns, they are pretty mellow with your own ammo as long as it's not full steel (like Wolf) because that messes up their backdrops.

Hey guys. Heres the deal. Buddy picked up a YJ. I know most of you guys r XJ fans. But i really need help or advice on wtf this thing is doing. I do most of the mechanic work myself, but this is one problem that we have been stumped on for freaking weeks.
So anyone knw Tcase or tranny problems? Common problems and fixes.
This YJ. 5sp manual with 4x4. same tcase the XJ have but vacuum controled, and already replaced vacuum lines.
Does not want to go into 4low. tryd shifting by hand and by shifter. but wont budge. {keep in mind this thing worked fine and went thru all 4x4 gears. thn just stopped working correctly.}
tcase will engage in 2wheel and 4 high, but not 4 low. but the major problem is the jeep will drive, move, and shift gears, but theres just no power/torque. probably get to 30mph tops. but again no power/torque not even to break traction or peelout.
this is really hard to explain. and it seems that the only way to figure it out is having a 2nd-3rd-4th opinion. so if someone anyone could give advice, tranny shop places, anything would be appricated.
thank you all, and sorry for long post. really need a local jeep pro to take a look.

Anyone interested in some explorers trunk lift supports. I hear they are a direct replacement in the pre 97 era of Cherokees. Picked them up thinking they would work on my 98 but don't. Things are beef.

Is it stuck in 4lo? Does it have full time 4 wheel drive or no. It almost sounds like its stuck in 4lo if you can't get it past 30. There's mechanical linkage for the tcase. I'd check that to see if its connected and connected correctly. If so, I'd drop the tcas, crack it open and see if anything is broken. I would say the problem is in the tcase. Let me know what you find.
