I haven seen a RE #' kit with full leafs. If it is out there I definitely wanna take a gander at it. I don't want to go higher than three because I cant afford doin an SYE and all the other parts you need for it to be done right.

PhotoJared im trying not to bust $600...if I do its gotta include some good parts.
I got mine from 4 wheel parts. I think the kit was ~$550 but it does not include shocks. I went with deutschtech (or however it's spelt).

That's true, if you can find a built one for a great deal might as well jump on it. But if you're willing to invest the time/money/effort/ to build it the experience itself is rewarding.

Can anyone answer this? Has anyone changed lifters in the engine with aftermarket one? And if so, did you notice a difference in the height of the new vs the old?

Yes. It didn't turn out good. Had a bad head gasket, figured while in there, change out lifters, to get rid of the tic. Well, ended up seizing the cam, and had to get a new motor.

But, can't say that will happen to everyone, just me. Lol

I put the new ones in. Buttoned up the engine. She started but the noise was crazy. Way worse than just a lifter tick. This was actual clanging. It didnt do that before.
Any suggestions on engine replacement in the Vegas valley? I think i am about done with this one.

That's what ours sounded like. Ended up clogging up an oil tuber. From the dirt and grime getting in there.
