LAS VEGAS XJ GROUP-----> 1st ROLL CALL.
Well, disassembled my rear axle today to fix a few things, found my passenger 2*shim was broke in half and missing. This caused the axle to shift upward and cause some vibes. It also made most the leaf spring bolts to loosen.
So i disassembled the u bolt/plates and went to 4 wheel parts for some new shims. I hope to get it back together tomorrow after my doctors appointment.
I Ended up welding my stock u bolt plate to my bump stop plate as those were the ones i got with Botak/Felix and they were so thin that they Bent out of shape.
Ilk post some pics tomorrow when i finish up, that's if my hands hold up....damn RA is kicking my ***.

that causes your plate bolts to become loose, that's why I recommend welding them to your stock plate.
that's what I'm in the process of anyway, your experience may differ.
with that said I'm always down for a run
They don't fit the 8.8. That's why I don't use then. If you want them they are yours. Just weld them to your plate and re drill the holes to fit. I'll shoot you a pm
