4.5 " lift 33" MT/Rs 4x4 with the Lockers and 18.000 winch... and i have 4 chains..
I think thet would get me up to top..

They call me at 4:20 am the guy with a XJ was getimg the shovel from tge stor.
He sad hes tires can't get the gripe and JK slide in to the dich and hung up on the trees...
They don't have the signal up there so he sad they will try .He's gona call or text me with a update info..

This is why I don't wheel without someone that has recovery gear.

Wheeler pass at night is just asking for trouble. The fact that it's freezing up there is just another level of danger.

I know a lot of people are against wheelin' alone, but it all comes down to preparedness. No matter where I go, I have water, sleeping bag, cb, and food. If I get stuck, breakdown, or just don't feel like going home, all the ish I need is in the back. One life, it's all about the adventure.

 

Just got back. We had recovery gear but my straps snapped and we also needed a saw. I ended up cutting down 3 trees and using snother tree as a pully and I pulled the jk out. She broke her hard top and fender. the trail wasnt to bad it was just driver error. But thank you to everyone that was down to help. now its time for sleep.

 

Thank god. I almost called my buddy at 4am, hes gotta titan that would have done the trick.
