If its 20 model years old or older it qualifies for classic rod plates. Classic rod vehicles qualify for smog exemption IF they're driven less than 5000 miles per year. Could at least buy you a year or longer depending on your approach.

nope lol. I don't care about caster that much to get it spot on. Enough people are running around without them and are doing fine haha. and its kinda just a temp thing since I will probably end up long arm if I keep this thing long enough
