Well just to let you know in case you go up there, Goat Mountain is pretty much all illegal wheeling out there. You can go to the Estacada Ranger station and get a map of the OHV roads on the mountain but it pretty much is just the logging roads that you are able to be on so not much of a wheeling area. The only legal wheeling is at ladee flats up 4610 but it's only whats on the map.
Just letting you know what I know about it up there so you are aware of it, I would hate to hear about someone getting a big ticket and/or have your rig took from you and know that I didn't at least warn you about it.

This is a post from a friend of mine that is involved in things going on out in estacada are and I thought it was a good one to sure with you and anyone else that reads this thread and I hope people that read it will follow it and care about our wheeling lands out there. The more we care and show that we want to do right the more chances we have at places opening more areas for us to legally use................................

For anyone wanting to know.
This is the only legal wheeling out of the estacada.

There will be more to come. But for now this is it.
Goat and any other place not on a OHV map is illegal.
The ranger station in estacada (503) 630-6861
That law in Oregon now states, that any offloading that is NOT on an OHV map is illegal class l, ll, and lll

Illegal wheeling is not helping anyone but your self (until you get a ticket, and I hope you do!)

It really hurts all those who are spending there free time, working hard to get new places open. And keeping old places open.

Wildcat I really don't know anything about, your best bet to make sure is to call OSP or maybe even the same number in my last post and see if they know.
I know what you mean I'm not out to be illegal wheeling either, glad to hear you aren't as well that gets you a good point in my book lol
