What's up all you guys and gals in the Pacific Northwest Cherokee Forum gang???????? It's been awfully quiet out there. Just saying hey!!! I figured I'd share with you all the couple of pics I took at Tahuya. Oh BTW Garret, I was looking at my Tahuya maps. There is part of the 4x4 Loop Trail we didn't run. Guess that just means we'll have to go back, again.

There is a 4x4 group that has been spending a lot of hours building some new trails that are more difficult to get more people to come out that way as it has always been pretty easy, few years ago I took a stock K5 down most of the trails with not issues. But I have seen a few pictures of some of the new trails and they look pretty cool.

When Mudallday and I were there we saw a couple of really nasty boulder strewn hill climbs that were obviously man made for the Big Dogs. There were some guys there in high dollar Rock Crawling competition Jeeps trying them out.
Other than those couple of hills the place was like a Sunday drive. There was a guy that lead us around for awhile when we first got there that was in a bone stock JK.

Brandon and Tampa, you guys need to let me know when you can go wheeling next. I really want to meet up and wheel with you guys. I really think that you both would enjoy Walker Valley much more than Tahuya. I need to Garret (Mudallday) over to Walker also, when he gets his head gasket replaced on his XJ. Let me know guy. We gotta make this happen. We will be needing to take my son's new and improved XJ out and test it out, too. It will soon have a RC 6.5" lift and 33s on it.

What was the issue with your locker install?? You didn't have the time or was it being a PITA? Maybe I can help. I have installed 2 Lock Rites and 2 Aussie Lockers.

I have an aussie locker for the rear on the way, is there any special tools needed. Waiting for parts is the worse I always want them to come in on friday, so that I am not tempted to tear my rig apart on a weeknight.

Oh, if you're just having oil leaks, I'd bank on it being a combination of valve cover, oil pan and rear seal. MAN, with all of this mainteance we all have to do. We should have a meet and greet "Maintenance day" all togther at somebody's house......LOL. Tinkering on the XJ is my 2nd most favorite thing to do only to 4wheeling.

so im good to go
