You guys are more than welcome to fix anything on mine or replace the rear main seal and crank sensor on the cherokee parked in the bushes. Engine bay is to cramped to work on for me. I am used to my big Dodge Ram diesel where there is just about enough room to sit in there.

After you have worked on a Bell helicopter for a few years the XJ engine bay seems very spacious. I have never had a problem swapping a CPS.

Anybody have use for some 31" Wildcat Mudders, only like 500-1000 miles on them, took them off to put BFG AT on my Cherokee as I don't leave the pavement often and the BFGs do nicely. Couldn't take the noise the Wildcats make at 40+mph, really good condition. And my broken down Cherokee is availible if someone wants it, I dont.

So, I had all of my Wa. state 4x4 trail maps out today, looking at them. Brandon, to you think it is too soon to check out Evans Creek again? It's been pretty warm and we've had quite a bit of rain. I'll probably check Walker out again her in about a week or so to see if all the snow is gone from there. It was only deep snow at the highest parts when I was there about a month ago.

i just ran evans yesterday and there is still a lot of snow. we only got all the way through 2 1/2 trails. i will let you guys know when enough melts to get through some of the decent trails.

i believe the scale in tahuya is 1 to 5. 5 being the most difficult. over at evans it is easy, moderate, and difficult.

Up at Walker valley it is "Lower Main Line Trail", "Upper Main Line Trail", "Expressway" and "Jeeps Cross Trail". You just air down, lock in and never know what you're in for until you get there. Unless, like you all have, you have an XJ Brother you will trail lead you through to the good stuff.

Tampa, sorry I took so long to get back to you. You don't need any special tools for the Aussie. Unless, like Brandon, you have trouble getting your carrier to pop out. You will need a can of grease to grease everything and hold it togther as you assemble it and some little "Jeweler's" type screwdrivers to get your pins and springs in palce. Just sockets and wrenches to pop your cover and remove your carrier. You'll need a long narrow punch to remove the roll pin holder your pinion shaft in. These things really are simple to install. I installed mine each in just under 2 hours and that was inserting and removing the jack stands.

ya it should be super easy as long as it all comes out. just remember to make sure you put everything in the same way it came out.
