I was watching a few videos on YouTube to see what tahuya is looking like. The south loop is completely different then I remember is from September! It looks like they dug several fat holes in the trail to really push the flex of your rig to the max. Check this video out

 

Suuuuuh-Weet!!!!! Looks like Tahuya might actually be worth the gas and ferry fee to get there, now......that is if they have the entire 4x4 Look trail fixed up like that now. Throwing in a few random boulders would be nice, too.

 

Looks fun.

 

Tahuya is really fun ...but because the trails are very wide it can get boring very fast I know all about it lol

 

From watching that video it doesn't look like that fun of a place. But never been it does look like they took a flat part of a trail and dug some big water holes.

 

I heard that tahuya had a tractor go through and dug a bunch of wholes in random area's on the south loop making it much harder too do. I might make a run up there to confirm this in a few weeks.

 

Oh, and the video... Its only a week old. Found a few others that are less then 2 weeks old saying the same thing. "New South Loop"

I would be game, I have been very interested in checking out tahuya and how my jeep will hold up to it.

 

I haven't been there in a couple years but I'd like to go back now that I have a modified rig. I did the entire place (except rock gardens) in a stock zj a couple years ago, but I still had a blast.

 

I'll be up for a run in the spring.... We should get something together
