today i got pulled over for having mud on my jeep and was asked to step out and permission to search! i told the cop he could not search my jeep and to call his supervisor! turns out the were looking for some white guy in a SUV that just robbed someone. i am pretty sure they would have remembered my paint job!!!!!!

cut the CJ tailgate, grind edges smooth, placement, drill holes, cut hood, paint, pop rivet, repeat for other side, enjoy beer.
not really happy with em and not sure if they are effective yet as i only drive 5 miles to/from work. any feedback welcome good, bad or indifferent.

So I did a bunch to my Jeep today, with the help of my friend Bryan: We wirebrushed all of the rust away from my damaged rear quarterpanel and tailgate, tried pounding a crazy wrinkle out of quarterpanel.. did succeed in clearing my new taillight i got from Quadratrec with the dinged tailgate, after some pounding. Then we prepped and primed all the bare metal and a lil paint.. Some time i'm going to get a can of touch up paint from this website.. 30 bucks for one can paint one can clear.. pretty sweet... But yea, i'm way stoked about it! I <3 My JEEP
