What did you do to your XJ today??
Yeah I thought about mounting to the body first but I still couldn't line it up right. I tried backing the wheels into a curb a little and it worked but I went to far. I will need a 2nd person watching and to tell me when to stop so they can slide the bolt in to get it started.
I know its odd but I think it will work.

Finally got over to JY, and found a windshield washer bottle. 97+ the factory one is located inside fenderwell, and the ARB snorkle routes right thru is spot.
So after lifting about 50 car hoods I found the old Chrysler LeBaron/K Cars bottle was narrow and skinny and mounted up on the lefthand side of the engine compartment. Which it turn fits perfectly between the stock air box and power steering pump, added a few inches to the wires and tube (only need front washer for now) couple zip ties off power steering and done.

so i got my SYE installed, new lower control arm bolts for the TJ front end, switched out all the battery cables, and put the front driveline back on. all the front end needs now is new u joints, gear oil, and the ARB compressor. the rear end still needs bushings for the leaf springs, gears to be installed, locker to be installed, driveline installed, new shock mounts, and gear oil. thats about all thats left on my list to get her going.
