6.5" ?? holy cow you're up there.. i've always preferred a nice LCOG build myself, seems way more practical for daily use. unless you're building it for trails only?
I'm at 4.5 now well in the back at least. After I put on my xrc front bumper and 12,000 pound winch the fronts dropped a bit. And it would still be my DD although I don't really drive lately. When I do it's 5 minutes to the store or the 20 minutes to the trails. Just gettin the inch to go bigger haha

Actually no, Wife ended up having to work so I won't make it Saturday, we are hitting Tahuya on Sunday.
However, if you would like to meet up in Roy/Yelm or close to that I can get the fenders to you. Would only be a short drive for me.

your right, the WJ is a completely different block than the XJ HO, so I was unable to use anything from my engine, so its a complete swap. I was crafty with the tps, and once again you are right about the difference in the tps unit. but, when you have alittle imagination you can make anything work. if you have ever taken the tps off both and really looked at them, they aren't that different. what I did was take the little lever off the rennix throttlebody for the tps, and tac weld it to the HO intake, then I adapted the rennix TPS using longer nuts and a spacer. since the rennix TPS is adjustable, it will be able to be adjusted if need be. I would need to post pics to give it justice. anyways I plan on having the AC compressor from my rennix mounted to the WJ block by building a bracket, then getting a longer belt, and making the WJ ac compressor my onboard air. so I will have dual AC compressors, and a high mount alternator. heres a pic of the WJ HO in my XJ.

Replaced my stock leafs with the awful 3 inch blocks the PO installed with new 4.5 leafs, ditched the Rear sway bar. Couldnt find my spring compressor and the POS Autozone loans out is useless so I couldnt get the front coil spacers in so now I have 3inch front coils and 4.5 inch rear. Slightly raked now but not a big deal until I get it fixed.
