Pulled my passenger side front turn signal light and headlight housings. Cleaned all of the mud out around where they sit in the grill. Then scrubbed all of the mud out of inside the light housings with a tooth brush. Then cleaned up the light sockets. Luckily, the Halogen bulb inside my IPF headlight didn't get wet enough to blow. I actually have bright white lights on both sides, now. After taking my Jeep for a couple of deep swims in Elbe, those light housings were brown and muddy inside and not very bright at all. Never realized until now how important that reflective material in the backside of the light housings is for how bright the lights are. Also realized that my passenger side front tire was eating the fender the whole time I was up at Rimrock because my extended bumpstop came out of the tube again. Gonna have to get ugly with the big channel locks after I put that thing back in this time. Give that tube a good pinch and hopefully the bump stop will stay in there this time.

Yeah, been laying low around the house lately. Building my Cool points back up for another weekend wheeling getaway.

New grill and turn signals. Re-routed my winch cables and power to the KC's while I was at it.

I removed my grill and plastic peices around my headlights because there all crack and i want to replace them. I found out that my header panle was broken

so i decided to remove that aswell, my jeep looks funny with the front torn apart

well i guess that gives me a good excuse to upgrade to a 97or newer header panle

Sounds like a noob question but could you define build them?
From what i can find is there already have 4:10 gears stock. Itsnt that the gearing i need?
I know ill have to weld new coil mounts, spring mounts, and shocks mounts on.
Just making sure Im not missing anything.

Probably meaning, replace all bushings/install locker/put in good ball joints/truss it/chromo shafts/ etc/

It is more about your plans for them, and what you want to do. Those two axles will be plenty strong enough for anything up to 37s as they sit imo. But of course its always easier to replace everything and install lockers when the axles are out of the jeep! If you ever plan on going to big tires say 35+ i would regear them while they are out to!

I dont see any welds on there? Maybe the other side? Sometimes the bumper can rust a bit to the frame. Pound on it a bit see if she lets go.
