In my XJ I took the kids down to Johnson sandbar and we went to the back so that they could play in the river and on the way back out had to be tugged as we got stranded cross rut but once back on all fours the bald tires got us home. Phillip Burlington WA

Fuel filter changed. Oil and filter change with SeaFoam. Replaced the distributor (cap and rotor, too) because the old one was filled with oil. Of course they didn't include the gasket, so I just red RTV'd that sucker. Removed the second new power steering pump, getting the pulley swapped onto the new one tomorrow at the parts store.
Never understood why parts shops never include all the stuff that goes with the parts. It's the same way in aviation, too. It wouldn't have been hard to include that gasket and stick another buck onto the price. And I'm pretty sure there's enough pulleys to include them on pumps... they'd be getting one back on the core, anyways.
Of course, I'm sure they'd just screw that up... wrong gasket, pulley, whatever...

Did the cut and fold on my other quarter panel and fender... this is the side where i had body damage so it was a bit of a pain but came out clean enough for me.

Ordered a new 3" lift kit. Got the Rough Country, I know it isnt the best, but seems to be solid for the money and this XJ probably wont see much trail duty. Hoping to get her up in the air a few inches and then start doing some wheeling.
Hydro locked my Jeep in the mud pit they have at Evans Creek but got it running after draining it out not a lot of water got in the engine just enough where my distributor got water inside and exhaust got filled with water and a little bit in the intake manifold got some work to do but had fun today
Removed front bumper to get it powder coated. Pulled plastic trim pieces off the sides of the jeep(still need to remove the adhesive tape) trimmed front fender flare a bit so it will hopefully look better with the bumper, relocated the horns so that they don't hang below the bumper, and learned that UCA bushing replacement won't be as easy as I was hoping. No parts store in town had bushings and was told by a couple just to get a new axle. Lol
