I was wondering if anyone would be interested in going to walker on the 18th.

I'm always interested in a trip to Walker. If I can make it, I'm in. I will know my sched better when I get home from Vegas on Friday.

 

How well will a stock xj do in Walker?

 

A stocker will spin a lot and there is a high possibility of tree/rock rash. So, if your XJ is still pretty you need to decide if she's a wheeler boulevard queen. You may get himmed up in a few spots but as long as you have good solid tow points front and rear, I have tow straps.

 

Well I hope you can make it out on the 18th, you probably know the trails better than I do

Well the meeting time and place will be 10:30 am in the parking lot and if anyone that doesnt know how to get there I will be at the safeway gas station on collegeway to fuel up around 10:00 am. Here is the adress for safeway 315 East College Way, Mount Vernon, WA

Today turned out pretty good, there were 4 rigs in the groupe all of them xj's 2 of the guys were late .We wated there till 11:15 and no one els had arived so we hit the trails. We took the express way, from there we went though humps and bumps and rons run. I took the bypass and in the prosess got a new dent. We were going to take the back way out of walker but the gate was closed so we went and took a differant trail so we could head out the main entrance. I didn't get alot of pics but I will post what I did get later

 

Maybe next time i can do a ride along with somebody? Dirt biked at walker for years and wanna venture in a jeep! Plus an equal learning experience to boot.
