I'm still getting a popping noise up front when I trun the tires to the right after I replaced the steering gear box everything is torque down to specs and the tie rod ends are in good shape what could make it pop still

Have you ever checked or had somebody who knows what to look for, check your Balljoints for being worn out?
If all is good in the steering componants as you say. then, I, like the others, would suspect the Track Bar and/or it's componants..
