Default New guy here

Hey everyone. Names Sean. I am located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Active duty Army. Just got a '97 XJ. Just got rid of my '74 CJ5( money pit). Probably looking to mod the XJ with a 3.5 in lift and some 33"'s.

Welcome. I just got to WA also little over a month ago. I'm AirForce. I know there is a few people in Army there that wheel. I'm going with them in morning. Good choice on the XJ. I've owned mine since 2002. Awesome vehicles. Get with me sometime and we will get a couple others and go wheel.

Thanks guys. I'm not new to the base just to the XJ. I had a 74 cj5 that I just got rid of. I'm in 508th mp BN. I have some work to do before my XJ is wheelable though

Yep it's 100% stock aside from the cut fenders and 30s. Never realized how much these would flex on all stock components. You limiting factor will be the rear flex, mine rubs a lot but my rear springs are pretty saggy.
