Walker valley orv near mount vernon off of highway 9 I think.
I lived in marysville for 3 years haven't heard of powerlines.
I know some people go to river off of exit 208. There is a baseball field there and people go swimming in the river during the summer. People will drive down to the river bed. Few spots to go up and down the banks. Not sure how legal it is. Stick to rietier and walker valley orv. Those places are legal.
Not sure where evans creek is but people go there. There is naches also but that is on the east side of wa. Then I think there is some places in bremerton.
