if you're gonna pull a gun for that, you better be ready to use it, or risk being killed yourself.
your life's not worth a friggen truck. let them have it.
sux it happened, but good luck on the safe return. hopefully they drive it off a cliff tho, cause it'll never be the same again.

Sorry to hear. Where are you located/where did it happen?
I would gladly watch for it, but if you're on the other side of the country, I'll save myself the trouble.

I can agree with the South Florida claim. Living in a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale called Coral Springs. Go to an "inner city" high school. The amount of crap I see whether it be at school or driving through the neighborhood is ridiculous.

but in south fl, carjackings are sooo common, I naturally stay prepared
Full coverage insurance is far cheaper than all of the legal BS you would have to go through for killing someone, justified or not! It is a VERY sticky situation, that is easily avoided by handing over the keys! Let them take it, and if it is recovered, which it prolly wont be, blow the engine up, so it will be replaced, because as was mentioned, it will be a POS after being stolen....Very glad you got away with your life! Guys, taking a human life is not as easy as just pulling the trigger! There are ramifications that cannot be comprehended, legally, mentally, emotionally and otherwise...far easier to hand over the vehicle! Now, that being said, place me, or my family in danger, and you die, plain and simple! That is something I will not gamble with! Again, I'm glad to hear everyone is ok....
