OK, do they offer free legal representation throughout the trial?? I'd bet they don't....do you have several tens of thousands of dollars to "hopefully" keep your **** outta prison?? Just saying that full coverage insurance is the best way to go in a case like this! Even if you do get out of it, you will be haunted by the memories of taking a life for the rest of yours, regardless of how tough you think you are! Don't believe me, ask a vet...and to add, we have the stand your ground law in CO as well, and it is not as cut and dry as that...not to mention the fact that they guy you are assuming you are just gonna shoot and be done with may be better with a weapon than you are, and you may be dead....just food for thought...
