Default Front end problems

I have a rustys double sheer tracbar and the zj steering setup. When I turn it groans. I know a lot of people on here are running the same setup and I was wondering if this noise was something to worry about. Any tips or fixes? I just greased up everything, have a few cracks in some of the old dust boots, but i stay on top of it

I'm all stock and had slow speed groaning in pretty much any turn I made... turned out to be I had a trac-lok rear and all I had to do was add a $5 tube of friction modifier. I had thought the noise was out front initially. Hope this helps someone in some way, lol.

are you turning the wheel to far and maxing out the power steering pump? maybe not enough oil in the pump? that would cause it to "max" out early...

If there is a groan then it is probably the pump or steering box.

Figured out that the body isnt near to be centered over the body. When I went to center it I didnt have enough thread on the loop end to safely drive it. Of course I figured this out after rustys had closed. What blows my mind is that I have the minimum amout of lift need to run the double sheer tracbar and it still isnt long enough. Rusty's better make it right. Then hopefully with the body centered I can figure out the real problem. Got a little noise from the stabilizer when i turn as well as the tracbar

So we took another look at it today and it seems to have been the other side of the trac bar (axle side). Seems that the bolt I bought from rustys for it (paid $4 extra for it) was not quite the right size and was threaded all the way through. So it had some play and some wiggle room and with all the adjustments Ive been making to that dang thing I guess it had come loose. Also notice something not quite right about my P.O.S rough country steering stabilizer. So we tightened down the bolt for the track bar and I set out to find the right size bolt and new steering stabilizer. I just finished swapping out the bolts and tommorow Im gonna replace the steering stabilizer. Probably need to get a drop pitman arm too cause my angles are way off.

Yeah I am definetly not a fan of theres anymore. If i hadnt all ready sunk so much into the bar I would have ditched it all together. Next time something goes wrong with it and I have some cash that is exactly what Im going to do. I'm also gonna take their sticker off the rig too
