I went to Formula Drift Friday to watch practice and qualifying but forgot my camera, I also went Saturday for the main event and I rememberd my camera and took lots of pics. It was a very nice couple of days not to hot and not to cold, I even got a sunburn now I want to go put my face in a big bucket of ice.

Where was this at? When I lived in Southern California I used to go to the D1GP every year. It was pretty bad ***. I got a buddy thats pretty well setup working his way into the Formula Drift scene. Anyways nice Pics

I dont think they do drags at evergreen speedway, you might be thinking about pacific raceways down in the Kent Covington area.

 

FD looked sweet. I was going to go this year but had to work. Joon mang is the man (rx-8). That man races on the weekends and works during the week to support his living...

 

i missed it this year, ive been to it 3 years in a row and missed it to work in alaska.

Bummer you wern't able to go this year, Formula D was a blast. I would like to go to Formula D in Vegas sometime.

 

Bummer You couldn't make it a fourth year in a row, This was my second year, I just learnd about it last year. I endead up leaving early last year because I wasn't feeling good. No Mad Mike wasn't there this year.

 

I went to FD as well? Do you drift? Are you part of NWN? I just bought a 88 jeep and having some little issues with it sucks having to learn what is what under the hood its not like my little 4 banger haha

 

I don't drift I just watch. do you drift? Did you go for both days or just saturday?
Did you get any pics? You will find that the jeeps are easy to work on and if you use the search you can find alot of usful info fairly easy but good luck with fixing up yor 88 xj

 

I drift for fun I dont compete though cant afford to total my car i didn't get any pics of the action. I went on Saturday for the mains here are my toys

The jeep is whole new beast have to learn what everything is under the hood lol
