Default Cleaned up my flares

So I know just about everyone on this forum HATES stock cherokee flares. But at the moment, I can't afford 500$ flares and I need flares to keep the Federal Way Police happy. Anyways, Here's a before and after picture.

I used Krylon Fusion spray paint, specially designed for plastic. No sanding or priming required.

Yah I thought so, I like to keep a clean rig(unless i'm on the trails). So I figure be crafty and work with what I have on hand until I can spend some cash.

Exactly. To me it not worth buying flares but that's just me and for what I do (don't have flares) and where I go my flares would get torn off and all messed up. So I just cut mine off. Of course I live in co so there's no law about tires sticking out to far (that I know of) but still haha

Yah, here in Washington... They want you to have mud flaps and flares.

I've been wheelin many times, and every time I bring lots of mud back. I just dont let the mud sit and rot out my rig

I've been considering using Krylon Fusion on my flares as well but, they will definately need to be sanded. There are a few places where it looks like a layer of plastic has flaked off? Hard to explain..........I'll take a few pictures after the sun comes up and post them.

The Krylon Fusion is suppose to be a No Sanding Needed spray paint.
