Theres no snow. A friend of a friend of a friend haha ran it a few weeks ago an said theres barely any snow on the upper 311

It opens on the first of April and there is a gate blocking the road. If your "friend of a friend" was in fact up there I'd be more fearful of the wheeling community then the law if caught. People doing damage or wheeling illegally will get areas closed and as wheelers our areas are shrinking fast enough.
