I just had to break this silence on the forum. It was killing me!!!!! I have family obligations this Saturday but if I can swing it, I'm going to head up to Walker Sunday morning and run some trails. If I do go I will be at Denny's on College Way at 8am for breakfast and I will be in "The Pit" airing down and locking in at 9am. Anybody and everybody is welcome to join me. I will do an update on this thread when I know for sure I am going. Post up if you'd like to come along.

Don't mean to be a "Na Sayer" but it may get you hung up on a lot of stuff. I don't even like having the lower shock mounts hanging down below the axle tube on my rear D44. Gonna move the mounts up level with the axle tube one of these days.

Yes i hear ya! Ive never had a problem with my shock mounts but im sure they get hung up every now and then! Im looking at it like this, if i can have the peace of mind to just drop on crap with my rear diff being protected then its worth the possible occasional hang ups that i have yet to experience with it! But if it does get hung up to the point where im totally noticing it then ill modify it as necessary.....

I like that thinking!! After running the axle on a few runs let us know how it works. You might just have a paying customer to put one of your truss/skid plates on my rear D44.

That thing is gonna be like a small plow in snow and mud, i can see it holding you back alot if you wheel in thick mud or deep snow. Looks good, and will serve its purpose though im sure.

I can't think of anything that would give a guy a hand up on that Sludgey Super Glue like crap over there in Rimrock. That stuff is the NASTIEST mud my Jeep has ever been in. Every place I scrubbed that mud off of the undercaerriage in my Jeep it took the freakin paint off...LMAO!!!!
