My mom just got a nice 98 Cherokee. It has factory Lsd rear. The pinion is junk so I'm looking to trade the factory posi (whole rearend if you want) for a dana35 with 3.55 gears that has abs. I really only looking for one that has abs so she can retain abs system. But I may consider a non abs but not ideal. I'm not sure what years have the abs 96-2001?? Must be in good working order drum to drum and 3.55. Thanks

 

Not sure how much of a hurry you are in but I will be swapping in a dana 44 into my 96 next week. You can have the d35 I will be taking out.

 

I am interested. Is it an abs dana35 with 3.55? Just let me know when your ready and if you need extra set of hands with the swap my weekends are open.

Yep, 3.55 gears with abs and limited slip. It is in my daily driver and doesn't make any noise. Nothing wrong with it. Just upgrading. It may be a week or two but it's yours when I get it out.

 

I am really in need of a rear end for my mom's jeep! She uses it for her business and it is getting worse. Does anyone local have one that can help. Thanks for any help.
