Nope! Did you get a tracking number?? Sometimes heavy items take longer to process and ship, still pretty early to start worry'n.

Also sometimes places will have the manufacter ship directly to the customer. I ordered my first lift from quadratec and had the same issue. It showed up outta the blue directly from rubicon express, no tracking number, no warning it was coming.

If you paid with paypal and they try to rip you off, paypal will refund the money to you. Hope this makes you feel better...

I have ordered from them, suprising its taking so long, i beleive they drop ship from manufacturers on lifts. you should be able to call them and they can let you know. they are pretty reputable around here.

Wow, they forgot to ship it? I wasn't a big fan of them from when I got my lift. I was told 1 price on the phone, but when I got to the store the price had changed. I try and support small/local biz when I can, but I'm in no rush to buy from again

I call BS on this as I am the only one quoting prices and if I quote a price I honor it.

I am guessing that all is good since UPS shows your lift being delivered on 05/17/12 ???

I see that some of you have tried to call me... I operate a real off road shop so I am working on rigs all day. PLUS: I am on the West Coast so the time zone can be tricky.

I have hired people to answer phones in the past but most customers get upset since the person I hired to answer phones cannot answer all their "specific" questions, so I tried to hire people that knew what they were doing, but they demanded $25-35 per hour PLUS benefits.

I have had an employee quit in near tears since some customers are so demanding.

I have been doing this for a long time and I am amazed that some customers have near unrealistic expectations when ordering products online these days. It takes days, not minutes to get your lift kit delivered.

If you want to pay more to have it a couple days sooner... so be it. If you want the best deal possible and you are not impatient: http://store.4WheelingPlus.com

I have ordered from them twice with no problems at all, of course i didnt try to call every day after i ordered it lol. This company isnt a multi million dollar company like quadratec and some people just dont realize that i guess.

local is better! especially when its cheaper!
