I know it's early but we should start settin up a weekend for the 2nd annual run. Last year was 10/15-10/17. It was at Evans and a good time. Any thoughts?

there wasnt any snow last year if i remember right. it just rained a lot. anyone wanna actually camp with me this time? lol

Ah Idk when it starts snowing. Just guessing. But I'd be down for just about anything

 

No snow last year and plenty of rain the night before. I will be down for camping this year for sure

 

Last year I thought it was planned as an Evans Creek specific annual Cherokee Forum run. At the rate the snow is melting there might still be some left over by then. It was hard to justify camping there last year when the weather was that bad and my house is just 45 minutes away. I would like to make it out for this run again, but this time I will actually show up for the day run instead of just the night before run.

edit: I looked up the thread for this run last year and we were calling it the "1st Annual Evans Creek Weekend Trip." I saw a picture of the Cherocon from that run and wow it sure has changed over the last 8 months.

 

Yeah. We could keep it Evans only since it's got a handfull of trails for any rig. Last year we split into to groups and met up towards the latter end of the day to go down some more trails as one group. Maybe well get lucky and have a break in the weather.....maybe shoot for 10-22/10-23?
