PCV failed visual because the hose is split and cracked, the open line is a bleeder for I'm guessing the clutch slave cylinder. The converter looks like the right one its a walker converter and the EO and part numbers match but don't count on it being good just because its new, with this much CO it will kill a converter fast. I have one question where does the plug that is next to the throttle body looks like maybe three wires hook to?

4 wire plug, Square with 3 wires in it? TPS for a vehicle with auto trans has been installed on a manual trans equipped vehicle. It is not used then.
