XJ Weird Idle

XJ Weird Idle
I have a 99 Cherokee with the 4.0 and when It warms up a bit after wheeling, slow driving, etc it kicks up the idle to about 2000. Now recently once in a while sitting at a stop light or slowing down the rpms will drop to 500 or lower (scared the ***** out of me when it first happened). Planning on checking all the vacuum lines and clean the tps tomorrow. Any ideas?

Well i just took apart my tb and cleaned the 
out of it and the sensors attached to it. Looked at all of my vacuum lines and didn't see anything. Ill see if that works.
