Default xj turning over with out the key in the ignition

i cant figure out what this is its benn happining alot lately its just turning over like it wanted to start but beacuse the electrical isnt on it wont go....no i do not have a remote start and when i start it i have to pull the relay beacuse the starter stays engadged btw its a 2000....any imput or has this happened to anyone b4 thx much

Are you 110% there isnt a remote start anywhere in there? I would just take a peek around to make sure, I bought mine and was under the assumption I didnt....until it tried to start itself while running one day......found the box under the panels right under the steering wheel. I would just take a look if you already didnt.

your ignition is shot, i have a buddy who had the same problem with his f150 and we just replaced it and problem is gone.

everybody calm down it might be as simple as your ignition tumbler if it is wornout it acts as if there is a key in it all the time its real easy to replace
