I've had two NAPA brand T-stats already, and haven't had any issues with either of them. But next time I'll probably get the Mopar

At 20* ambient temp, 5 minutes of running on 2 miles of flat road, heater is good and warm. Wouldn't that be nice in Pa.?

It IS nice, and my Napa T-stat is doing just that! Jeep warms up faster than my old Mazda, by a long shot!

Comes WITH 3 gaskets, one of which fits your Jeep.

It could be....but then it could be a plugged heater core as well. As stated, testing the stat takes 10-15 mins. in a pan of water on top of the stove using a thermometer. I would never just stick a new stat in a motor (regardless of brand) 'til I had tested it 1st, just too easy to do and then u know what u have, but that's just me.
