When I'm lower than 1/4 of a tank and take turns a little fast my Jeep bogs down looses all power because the pump isn't getting fuel, then my power kicks in again. Its the fuel moving side to side in the tank and not being picked up by the pump. Nothing to worry about other than that you need some gas soon.

I had one that cut out when turning right with a low tank of fuel.
The pump was clocked wrong in it's mount, holding the pick-up tube too high.
Remove the screws, pull it out and put it in with the pick-up toward the bottom of the tank.
While it's out - good idea to replace the cheap plastic hose on it with QUALITY fuel hose.
20 minute job.

I have never had a problem with my.fuel being to low. And being as poor as I am I normally am below quarter tank. Check into the clocking like they said.
