I think these bolt under the swaybar mounts. You use those mount holes and a set of longer bolts so that you retain the swaybar but the tow hook bracket acts as a spacer.

d rings are nice, and safer. the factory style i don't think alloy d rings. probably the only other way to get d rings is an expensive front bumper.

Or the backbone system. D-rings/winch plate/ steering box reinformcement all in one.
