Default XJ Door Speakers
Hey all, and Merry Christmas. I'm replacing what was left of the door speakers in my 90 xj. Everything I've found so far are advertised as 6" speakers but are actually 6-1/2". I've already returned one pair. Does anyone know where I can find real 6" speakers? I haven't found any Jensens like the OEMs. I really don't want to take a saw to my doors.

I installed the 6-1/2" speakers with out cutting the doors using the stuff that came with the speakers .

They were JBL club speakers .

l also put 6.5 in my doors without issue, the screw holes even lined up. I used infinity 6010cs

According to Crutchfield, My 90 takes 5-1/4" speakers. IDK

I was surprised when I removed a door card from my '96 that it didn't have oval speakers - but maybe not 6x9's
