Anyone know of a good set of cheap marine speakers and possibly where to get them from for the Cherokee, preferably 6"?

I used some waterproof Pyle 5.25" speakers for my door speakers. I thought it was a good idea since I've had mine in some water before. These are the ones I used http://www.google.com/products/catal...CAcQ8wIwADgA#p ...and they were a Pyle O' Crap. So steer clear of them.

Would two-way speakers be any good? Not really sure the difference between those and three-way

It also seems like almost all the marine speakers I've looked at are atleast 6.5" or 6x9"s. Would 6.5"s fit with little to no fabricating?

Did you have to do any extra fitting to the front? I would expect you did to fit the rears as well right?

Mine had the square speaker covers in the front, removed those, mounted the 6.5"'s right up in the original hole. 6x9's consisted of removing oe speakers, putting 6x9 up, and screwing in long screws. They cover the old slot completely but there is just enough room for the motor(magnet part) to fit.

So I just picked up those Dual DMP660s off of KMarts website actually lol. They ended up only being $66 for two sets with shipping, a one year warranty and all. I'll let you all know how they end up working out. Thanks for the input. Here's the link in case anyone wants to check them out...
